Our goal is to keep children healthy. We believe that health is not just the absence of disease, but a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being. Qavach® strives to promote this holistic approach by addressing all aspects of health and wellness.

Program Objective
Presently, Qavach® focuses on children in the age-group of 2-5 years. These are children in between the 24th and 60th month vaccinations in the immunization plan, who may not be making proactive visits to the pediatrician.
Program Delivery
Qavach® offers a 360° Holistic, Comprehensive, Periodic & Longitudinal Health Screening that focuses on prevalence and risk of health conditions that are age-relevant, with the objective of prevention and for promoting wellness.
Not-for-Profit
Qavach® is a program from Swastify Foundation, a Not-for-Profit Section-8 company. We are working on a sustainable economic model where fees from paying-participants help subsidize part-paying and non-paying participants.
Health Philosophy
Risk Stratification + Early Detection = Prevention
Qavach® focuses not just on the presence of diseases, disorders and conditions; but also tries to assess risk wherever possible. Stratification of children based on various health-risks as well as early detection are crucial for implementing preventive strategies.
Comprehensive and Holistic
Since a child’s health can be influenced by several factors like genetics, nutrition, environment, habits, etc., Qavach® attempts to build a 360° view of the child. Being cognizant of the inter-linkages between various specialties, can help clinicians make the best decisions for the child.
Periodic and Longitudinal
Periodic screening will be able to facilitate early detection and only longitudinal assessments will be able to provide insights on progression. Together, the insights can form the basis for any preventive strategy.
Age-relevance
Qavach® is cognizant that manifestation of diseases, disorders and conditions can be age-specific; and in many cases only a limited window of time may be available for effective intervention.
Diagnostics vs. Diagnosis
The screening becomes more objective and consistent when it is based on reliable diagnostics.
However, we intend to keep Qavach® within the realm of screening and not tread into diagnosis.
